Purpose
AI Prompt Manager is a professional tool for AI creators, engineers, and prompt designers. Save, organize, and access your prompts and reference images across all your devices.
Cloud Sync & Multi-Device Access
- Personal Sync Key: Enter your unique Sync Key (e.g.,
my-secret-key-123) to link your devices. Use the same key on PC, Mobile, or Laptop.
- Prompt & Image Sync: Text prompts and reference images are compressed and synced across all your devices.
- Manual Re-sync: Tap the Cloud Sync status badge at the bottom of the sidebar to check sync status or force an immediate cloud sync anytime.
Features & How to Use
- New Prompt: Click
+ New Prompt to save prompt text, title, category, and an optional reference image.
- Categories: Organize prompts into categories (e.g., Coding, Portraits, Anime). Click
+ Add Category for custom tags.
- Quick Copy: Click on any card to instantly copy prompt text to your clipboard.
- View & Search: Switch between Grid View and List View . Use the search bar to find prompts instantly.
- Mobile Drawer: Tap
☰ Menu on mobile to open the sidebar categories. Tap any category to close the drawer automatically.
- Dark / Light Theme: Toggle between dark mode and light mode using the / switch at the top.
- Export / Import: Use Export/Import to save offline
prompts_backup.json files or migrate to a new device.
